The Chargers signed Hurst to the practice squad Monday, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.
Hurst was cut by the Buccaneers' practice squad earlier this month, and he'll get another chance in Los Angeles. The undrafted rookie out of Division II West Georgia recorded 40 receptions for 654 yards and seven scores in his senior season.
