John Ross: Joins Philly's practice squad

The Eagles signed Ross to the practice squad Tuesday.

Ross spent time with Philadelphia during the preseason, so he already boasts some familiarity with the offensive scheme. With top wideouts A.J. Brown (hamstring) and DeVonta Smith (concussion) both injured entering Week 4, Ross could be a candidate for elevation for Sunday's road matchup against the Buccaneers.
