Kent Taylor: Waived by Panthers

Taylor (suspension) was waived by the Panthers on Tuesday, Bill Voth of the Panthers' official site reports.

Taylor signed a reserve/future contract with the Panthers in January, but he was suspended for the first four games of the NFL season in mid-April for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances.
