Lions' Khalil Dorsey: Full practice Thursday

Dorsey (concussion) was a full participant at practice Thursday.

Dorsey opened the week as a non-participant at practice Wednesday while recovering from an apparent concussion, but he was able to practice in full one day later. The cornerback will have one more practice to officially clear concussion protocol prior to Sunday's contest in Cincinnati.
