Lions' Khalil Dorsey: Out for Week 5

Dorsey (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Dorsey practiced in full Thursday but must have experienced renewed symptoms and was listed as DNP on Friday. Terrion Arnold, Rock Ya-Sin, Amik Robertson and Avonte Maddox are the Lions' healthy cornerbacks for Week 5.
