Lions' Trey Quinn: Gets contract from Lions

Quinn signed a contract with the Lions on Friday, Tim Twentyman of the team's official site reports.

Quinn will take the roster spot the Lions freed up by waiving Tom Kennedy (upper body). In 16 NFL appearances split between Washington and Jacksonville, the 27-year-old Quinn has posted 35 catches for 273 yards and two touchdowns.
