Michael Tutsie: Cut from Colts' IR

Tutsie (undisclosed) and the Colts came to terms on an injury settlement Thursday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Tutsie was competing for a role providing depth at safety before sustaining an undisclosed injury. Indy subsequently waived him with an injury designation, but he reverted to IR after going unclaimed. The undrafted rookie will now be free to sign elsewhere once his health allows it.
