Nathan Peterman: Gets released

Chicago released Peterman on Wednesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

After serving as the Bears' primary backup for the first two games of the season, Peterman is now set to become a free agent. Undrafted rookie Tyson Bagent is now the only quarterback on Chicago's 53-man roster aside from Justin Fields.
