Fairley will visit with the Patriots on Monday, NFL.com reports.
Fairley was more of a situational player as a reserve on the Rams' loaded defensive line last year. Given that role, Fairley managed just 29 tackles and 0.5 sacks in 15 games played. However, considering his pedigree, as well as the Patriots' need for more experience through the middle of their defense, Fairley and New England's interest in each other seems to make sense.
