Panthers' Lathan Ransom: Undergoes hand procedure

Ransom (hand) did not practice Wednesday, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

Per Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer, Ransom underwent a hand procedure and is considered day-to-day. It's unclear if he has a chance to suit up for Sunday's matchup against Atlanta, and he'll likely need to turn in some level of practice participation in the next two days.
