Gilmore played through a dislocated finger in Sunday's win over the Cardinals, Jonathan M. Alexander of The Charlotte Observer reports.
Gilmore was on the field for just 24 percent of the Panthers' defensive snaps Sunday, but he was able to return to action after he sustained a dislocated finger. It's not yet clear whether the issue will impact his availability in practice to begin the week.
