Raiders' Andrew Billings: Signs with Raiders

Billings will sign a contract with the Raiders on Sunday, Matt Lombardo of FanSided reports.

Billings appeared in six games for the Browns in 2021 but was let go in November. He finished the year on the Dolphins' practice squad but will attempt to carve out a role with the Raiders during the offseason.
