Raiders' Lester Cotton: Bumped up from practice squad

Cotton was elevated to the active roster from the practice squad Monday.

Cotton's move to the active roster makes him eligible to suit up Monday against the Browns. The Alabama product has been active in two games for the Raiders this season, totaling three special-teams snaps.
