The Rams elevated Haley to their active roster Tuesday.
After spending much of the season on the Saints' and Rams' practice squads, the cornerback will look to play in his second consecutive game of the season Tuesday against the Seahawks. In his first game, Haley only saw the field for special teams snaps. Expect more of the same for Haley in Week 15.
