Ravens' Tyre Phillips: Limited practice estimation

Phillips (ankle) was listed as limited in the Ravens' practice estimation for Tuesday.

Phillips returned from the reserve/injured list this week, and while the team did not actually practice Tuesday, his limited status is a reassuring sign. There is a chance the guard could be officially activated in time for Thursday's tilt with the Steelers, in which case he would likely get the starting nod.
