Bowser (knee) was placed on the active/non-football injury list Friday.
Bowser is still recovering from a knee injury, but he'll be eligible to return to practice and play in the preseason at any point in the coming weeks. The linebacker recorded 13 tackles, including two sacks, while deflecting two passes and forcing a fumble over nine games with Baltimore in 2022.
