Robert Windsor: Back from COVID-19 list

The Colts restored Windsor from the practice squad COVID-19 list Tuesday.

Windsor was a close contact to someone who contracted the virus. The rookie sixth-round pick will return to team activities this week. He has played in two games this season, posting two solo tackles over 11 total snaps.
