Saints' Cesar Ruiz: Still nursing ankle injury

Ruiz was sidelined in Week 5 versus the Giants due to an ankle injury he suffered in Week 4 at Buffalo, and now it's unclear whether he'll be ready to go for Week 6. He'll likely have to manage a full practice Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.
