Saints' Terron Armstead: Undergoes knee surgery

Armstead (knee) underwent knee surgery Tuesday, Amie Just of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.

The left tackle announced via his Instagram account Tuesday that he had surgery on the knee that kept him out of the final four games of the 2021 season. Armstead said it was "time to get right," and he will now shift his focus to rehabbing the knee ahead of the 2022 campaign.
