Seahawks' C.J. Prosise: MRI shows no damage

Prosise (groin) underwent an MRI on Monday that came back negative, Liz Matthews of USA Today reports.

Prosise was a late scratch from the Seahawks' second preseason game last week against the Vikings after he experienced groin tightness prior to kickoff. Fortunately, the tailback isn't dealing with a significant setback and could have a shot at playing in Friday's exhibition versus the Chiefs. In order for that to happen, however, Prosise will likely need to take part in a full practice this week.
