Steelers' Alexander Myres: Groin injury

Coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that Myres is being evaluated for a groin injury, Missi Matthews of the Steelers' official site reports.

Myres is looking to carve out a depth or special-teams role in Pittsburgh's secondary. He has yet to make his NFL debut since going undrafted out of Houston in 2019.
