Tanzel Smart: Goes to practice squad IR

The Jets placed Smart (undisclosed) on their practice squad injured list Tuesday, Eric Allen of the Jets' official site reports.

It's not clear what his injury is, but the move points to Smart probably being done for the rest of the season. Through four games this year, he's recorded two tackles (one solo) on 60 defensive snaps.
