Texans' Ajani Carter: Won't return in Week 18

Carter (hamstring) was not activated from injured reserve and has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the Colts.

Carter has been sidelined since Week 13 but has managed to practice for the last 10 days. He should have a decent chance to be activated ahead of Houston's postseason run.
