Conley (knee) was a full participant in practice Thursday.
Barring a setback Friday, Conley will be on the field Sunday against the Chargers. Even with quarterback Davis Mills showing some promise under center in recent weeks, the Texans' passing game has struggled outside of No. 1 wide receiver Brandin Cooks, but both Conley and rookie Nico Collins could get more opportunities against the Chargers if Cooks doesn't return from the reserve/COVID-19 list by then.
