Texans' Grayland Arnold: Healthy during offseason work

Arnold (ankle) has been participating in offseason work, Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Arnold ended last season on IR, but he appears to be fully healthy during minicamp. The undrafted safety out of Baylor was elevated from the practice squad and appeared in four games for the Texans last year.
