Texans' Isaiah Coulter: Practice window officially opens

The Texans have designated Coulter (neck) for a return from IR, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.

The Texans now have a 21-day window to evaluate Coulter in practice and decide whether to officially bump him to the active roster, or allow him to revert to IR for the rest of the season. The rookie fifth-round pick has been dealing with a neck strain since late August.
