Ingram (elbow) is active for Sunday's game against the Jaguars in London.
Listed as questionable heading into Sunday, Ingram had been expected to suit up against Jacksonville after he closed Week 6 prep with a pair of full practices before being officially reinstated from injured reserve Saturday. The 29-year-old will likely handle a depth role in the Houston secondary and will be featured on the special-teams units.
