Hooker (foot) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Hooker started the season opener and posted six tackles before exiting with a foot injury. The 2019 fourth-round pick won't be available until Week 5 at the earliest. Bradley McDougald is expected to start at strong safety until Hooker returns.
