Titans' Brett Kern: Shifts to injured reserve

Kern (wrist) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

The 34-year-old expected to miss some time after suffering a wrist injury during last week's loss to the Bengals, and he'll now be sidelined for at least the next three games. Ryan Allen was signed to take over punting duties for Tennessee in Kern's absence.
