Titans' Tory Carter: Placed on IR

The Titans have placed Carter (ankle) on injured reserve, John Glennon of SI.com reports.

Carter injured his ankle in the Titans' Week 14 victory over the Jaguars and it is severe enough to shut him down for at least the next three weeks. As a result, Khari Blasingame is expected to handle fullback duties going forward.
