The Titans restored Skipper (elbow) from the practice squad injured list Wednesday, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Skipper spent more than half a month on the injured list but he'll now be eligible to resume participating in all practice squad activities. He appeared in four regular-season games with the Titans, amassing five tackles (four solo).
