CeeDee Lamb WR | DAL
Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Full practice Wednesday
Lamb (thigh) was a full practice participant Wednesday, Patrik Walker of the Cowboys' official site reports.
Lamb suffered what at the time was reported to be a quadriceps injury in the fourth quarter of last Thursday's loss to the Buccaneers. On Friday morning, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported that Lamb was tending to a bruised quad that wasn't deemed to be serious. Indeed, with an uncapped practice under his belt to begin Week 6 prep, what is now a listed thigh issue won't impact Lamb's availability for Sunday night's game at Green Bay.

A.J. Brown WR | NE
Patriots' A.J. Brown: Limited in return to practice
Brown (ankle) was a limited practice participant Wednesday.
The Patriots designated Brown for return from injured reserve earlier Wednesday, opening up a 21-day window wherein the star wideout can be evaluated for a return to the active roster. Though Brown operated with a cap on his reps in his first practice session since Week 1, he could be a candidate to be activated ahead of Sunday's game against the Jets. The Patriots will see if Brown can upgrade to full practice participation Thursday or Friday before making a decision on his status heading into the weekend.

Keenan Allen WR | IND
Colts' Keenan Allen: Rests up during Wednesday's practice
Allen was a non-participant in Wednesday's practice due to rest.
Allen previously missed the Colts' Week 4 win over the Commanders due to a groin issue and was listed with the same injury on the team's Week 5 report, but his absence from practice to begin Week 6 looks to be a planned off day. In his return from a one-game absence during this past Sunday's 34-22 loss to the Steelers, Allen logged just 32 of the Colts' 71 offensive snaps, but he could see an uptick in playing time this weekend against the Titans now that he's further removed from the groin injury.
-
Josh Downs WR | IND
Colts' Josh Downs: Shows up on Week 6 injury report
Downs was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice due to a hamstring injury and rest.
Per Stephen Holder of ESPN.com, Downs was able to take part in individual drills during the portion of practice that was open to the media, which suggests that his hamstring injury isn't an overly serious one. The fact that Downs' limitations Wednesday were also attributed to rest is another positive sign that he'll be ready to play Sunday against the Titans. The wideout will still likely need to upgrade to full practice participation by Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.

Chris Olave WR | NO
Saints' Chris Olave: DNP due to illness
Olave didn't practice Wednesday due to an illness, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Olave is coming off a season-worst 4-46-0 line on six targets in this past Sunday's loss to the Vikings, but a stout defense and not a health concern was to blame. As Week 6 prep kicks off, his absence on a Wednesday with an illness isn't as worrisome as it could be not long before game day, and he at least has two more chances to practice Thursday and Friday to prove his health ahead of Sunday's contest at the Giants.
-
Omar Cooper Jr. WR | NYJ
Jets' Omar Cooper: Limited in return to practice
Cooper (ankle) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
After being designated for return from injured reserve earlier Wednesday, Cooper operated with a cap on his reps in his first practice since he exited the Jets' Week 1 win over the Titans due to a high-ankle sprain. The Jets haven't ruled out the possibility of the rookie first-round pick being activated from IR in advance of Sunday's game against the Patriots, but he'll likely need to practice fully Thursday and/or Friday to have a realistic chance at suiting up this weekend.
-
Jalen Coker WR | CAR
Panthers' Jalen Coker: Listed as full Wednesday
Coker (quadriceps) was listed as a full participant on the Panthers' estimated injury report Wednesday, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Coker sat out Week 4 against the Lions due to a quadriceps injury that he sustained Week 3 at Cleveland, but after a Week 5 bye, he opened this week with an 'FP' listing, indicating he's put the issue behind him. Through parts of three games this season, he's displayed a strong rapport with QB Bryce Young, putting together an 18-222-2 line on 22 targets.

Marvin Harrison Jr. WR | HOU
Texans' Marvin Harrison: Will make Texans debut Sunday
Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans confirmed Wednesday that Harrison will make his team debut Sunday versus the Jaguars in London, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Harrison was inactive for the Cardinals' Week 5 loss to the Lions before he was officially traded Monday to the Texans along with a 2027 sixth-round pick in exchange for 2027 second- and seventh-round picks. After passing his physical, Harrison took the field Wednesday for his first practice with the Texans. Houston may limit Harrison's snaps to some degree in Week 6, but once he fully absorbs his new playbook, he could make a push for the No. 2 spot on the depth chart at receiver behind Nico Collins.

Jalen Nailor WR | LV
Raiders' Jalen Nailor: Sitting out practice Wednesday
Nailor (concussion) isn't participating in Wednesday's practice, Sam Warren of The Athletic reports.
Per Warren, Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak said Monday that he expected Nailor to return to practice this week. If that comes to pass, it looks like it won't be until Thursday or Friday that the wideout returns to the field. After sustaining a concussion in an Oct. 4 loss to the Chiefs, Nailor didn't practice at any point last week before being inactive for the Raiders' 45-17 loss to the Patriots on Sunday.

Ladd McConkey WR | LAC
Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Set to practice Wednesday
Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh said McConkey (foot) will practice Wednesday, Alex Insdorf of BoltBeat.com reports.
Though he was technically active for this past Sunday's 23-17 loss to the Broncos, McConkey wasn't available after failing to practice in any fashion leading up to the contest. Now that he's poised to get back on the practice field Wednesday, McConkey should be in good position to reclaim his usual role as the team's No. 1 wideout this weekend in Kansas City, provided he has no setbacks in his recovery from the foot injury leading up to Sunday. McConkey's potential return is an important development while the Chargers contend with multiple injuries at receiver, as Tre' Harris (hamstring) exited the Week 5 loss early and Quentin Johnston (chest) and Brenan Thompson (quadriceps) were inactive for the game.
