Bedard (jaw) will remain in a non-contact jersey for one more week before starting to practice next Monday, Charlie Roumeliotis of NBC Sports Chicago reports.
Bedard appears to be right on track for a six-week return to action after undergoing jaw surgery back in January. The rookie phenom was mired in a five-game goal drought prior to getting hurt, registering just one assist and eight shots during his slump.
