Blues' Erik Foley: Designated for non-roster IR

Foley (concussion) was placed on non-roster injured reserve Tuesday,

Foley, who signed a three-year, entry-level deal with the club in March, sustained a concussion at the NHL Prospects Tournament in mid-September. The Providence College product will likely return to AHL San Antonio once he's fit to play again.
