Martin was reassigned to AHL Abbotsford on Tuesday.
There was some doubt that Thatcher Demko (illness) would be healthy enough to dress for Tuesday's game versus the Senators, but he was able to do so. Martin was up on an emergency recall, but with Demko healthy, the former wasn't needed on the big club's roster.
