Devils' Connor Brown: Lands on IR

Brown (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Friday, retroactive to Oct. 30.

Brown isn't with the Devils on their current five-game road trip, so his placement on injured reserve isn't particularly surprising and won't impact his return timetable. A clear timetable for his return isn't yet known, but the Devils plan to practice in New Jersey next week, and Brown's status could come into focus based on his participation.
