Ducks' Corey Tropp: Headed back to minors

Tropp was reassigned to AHL San Diego on Sunday, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.

Tropp did not draw into a game while up with the big club and will return to the minors to get some more playing time. His demotion could indicate that Jakob Silfverberg (upper body) is nearing a return.
