Gibson and the Ducks have had their last two games prior to the holiday break postponed.
The postponements affect Monday's game versus the Oilers and Thursday's game versus the Canucks. Gibson will look to grab hold of his No. 1 role in goal after the holiday break when the Ducks' schedule resumes Dec. 27 versus the Sharks.
