Golden Knights' Evgenii Dadonov: Pockets assist Thursday

Dadonov recorded an assist, three shots on goal, two hits and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Kings.

It took just two games for Dadonov to get his first point with the Golden Knights. The Russian winger hasn't been able to match his 70-point campaign with the Panthers in 2018-19, and he's opened 2021-22 in a third-line role in Vegas. The 32-year-old will likely be more of a complementary scorer, although he could work his way up to a top-line role if Mark Stone (lower body) misses any time after leaving Thursday's game in the second period.
