Kings' Pheonix Copley: Elevated from minors

Copley was recalled from AHL Ontario on Tuesday.

Copley will serve as the Kings' No. 2 netminder for the foreseeable future, as Darcy Kuemper (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday. Copley has a 7-6-0 record, .885 save percentage and 3.13 GAA across 13 games with the Reign this season. The Alaska native made just one appearance with Los Angeles in 2024-25, conceding two goals on 12 shots in a loss to Toronto.
