Kraken's Jared McCann: Out with lower-body issue

McCann will not play versus the Flyers on Monday due to a lower-body injury but is considered day-to-day.

McCann hasn't been officially ruled out against the Capitals on Tuesday, but considering the Kraken are entering a back-to-back sat, it certainly doesn't bode well for the veteran winger to suit up in the second contest. With McCann on the shelf, Mason Marchment could be elevated to a first-line role while also shifting up to the No. 1 power-play unit.
