Maple Leafs' David Warsofsky: Waived by Toronto

The Maple Leafs waived Warsofsky on Friday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

Warsofsky appeared in 51 games with AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton last season, notching 10 goals and 23 points while posting an ugly minus-33 rating. He'll almost certainly spend the entirety of the upcoming campaign in the minors.
