Maple Leafs' Erik Kallgren: Heads to AHL

Kallgren was assigned to AHL Toronto on Monday.

Kallgren's demotion may bode well for Matt Murray, who has been out since April 2 with a concussion. The 26-year-old Kallgren had been serving as Toronto's third goaltender during the playoffs behind Ilya Samsonov and Joseph Woll.
