Georgiev stopped 33 of 34 shots in Monday's 4-1 win over the Oilers.
Georgiev was cleared from the COVID-19 protocols Saturday and didn't have any trouble with a dangerous offense in his first game back. The Bulgarian netminder was on a three-game losing streak prior to the holiday break. Georgiev is now 6-3-2 with a 2.72 GAA and a .908 save percentage in 14 games. Even healthy, he'll likely only see a backup's workload with Igor Shesterkin cemented as the Rangers' No. 1 goalie.
