Red Wings' John Leonard: Recalled from AHL

Leonard has been recalled from AHL Grand Rapids by the Red Wings, the team announced Sunday.

Leonard has appeared in seven NHL games on the season, putting up four points (two goals, two assists) in those contests. The 27-year-old has dominated the AHL, notching 20 goals and 12 assists in 23 games. It remains to be seen if Leonard will draw into the Red Wings lineup Monday, when the team is next in action.
