Senators' Nikolas Matinpalo: Returned to AHL

Matinpalo was reassigned to AHL Belleville on Friday.

Matinpalo was a healthy scratch Thursday in a 5-2 loss to the Canucks. He had played in the previous four games, managing two shots on goal, two blocked shots and two hits. He'll continue to top the list of potential call-ups if there are injuries to the Senators' defensive corps.
