Stars' Will Butcher: Hits waivers

Butcher was waived by Dallas on Sunday, CapFriendly reports.

Butcher has never played an AHL game but he could begin the 2022-23 campaign there. The 27-year-old has 275 games of NHL experience, making him an interesting option for a team in need of a depth blueliner.
