Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen G | BUF
Sabres' Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen: Tending twine Tuesday
Luukkonen will protect the road goal versus the Canadiens on Tuesday, Paul Hamilton of WGR Sports Radio 550 reports.
Luukkonen has struggled in his starts this season, but he earned a win in relief on Monday after a bad game from Colten Ellis. Luukkonen has allowed 13 goals on 69 shots, and considering the Sabres are on the second half of a back-to-back, including travel, he'll be a risky fantasy play against Montreal.

Samuel Ersson G | OTT
Senators' Samuel Ersson: Making home debut for Ottawa
Ersson will defend the home crease in Tuesday's clash against the Blues, per Andrew Wilimek of the Senators' official site.
Ersson will make his first regular-season start at the Canadian Tire Centre as a member of the Senators on Tuesday, where he'll look to get his campaign on track. Across two appearances in 2026-27, the 26-year-old netminder has an 0-1-0 record, a 3.85 GAA and an .886 save percentage. He'll face off against the Blues, who he has found success against in the past, where he's posted a 2-1-1 record, an .894 save percentage and a 2.41 GAA across four outings. He's a decent spot start for fantasy managers in a pinch Tuesday.

Dustin Wolf G | CGY
Flames' Dustin Wolf: Set to face Ducks
Wolf will guard the road crease in Tuesday's clash against the Ducks.
Wolf will aim to reclaim his peak form Tuesday, as he's struggled to begin the new season. Across three appearances, the 25-year-old netminder has an 0-3-0 record, a 5.42 GAA and an .816 save percentage across 87 shots attempts between three outings. Tuesday's matchup will be a tough one for him, however, as the Ducks rank sixth in the NHL with 3.60 goals per game to open the 2026-27 campaign. Wolf is best left on waivers for the time being in fantasy.

Jacob Markstrom G | FLA
Panthers' Jacob Markstrom: Sidelined for Tuesday's clash
Markstrom (undisclosed) is considered day-to-day and will miss Tuesday's road clash against the Blue Jackets, per Rob Darragh of the Panthers' official site.
Markstrom exited Monday's contest with some tightness, but is expected to have avoided injury. Tuesday's absence is likely just a maintenance day for the 36-year-old netminder, and we could see him suit up again as early as Thursday against the Canucks. For Tuesday's clash Akira Schmid will draw the start and Cooper Black will back up.
-
Spencer Knight G | CHI
Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: Facing Penguins
Knight will be between the pipes at home against Pittsburgh on Tuesday, Vinnie Parise of The Hockey News reports.
Knight will make his fifth appearance of the season, having posted a 1-3-0 record and a career-worst 3.80 GAA in four games. Despite his struggles, Knight should continue to serve as the No. 1 option ahead of Arvid Soderblom. As such, Knight figures to offer top-end fantasy value given his expected workload.

Jeremy Swayman G | BOS
Bruins' Jeremy Swayman: Starting Game 1 of road trip
Swayman will defend the road crease in Tuesday's road clash against the Sharks, per Adam Pellerin of NESN.
Swayman will aim to continue his hot start to the new season in Tuesday's matchup. Across five appearances in 2026-27, the 27-year-old netminder has a 4-1-0 record, a 1.79 GAA, a .932 save percentage and a shutout. With Michael DiPietro still ramping up at the NHL level, Swayman should continue to see the majority of opportunities between the pipes for Boston moving forward, making him an elite fantasy option. He'll face off against the Sharks on Tuesday, who currently rank 23rd in the league with 2.60 goals per game.

-
Devon Levi G | EDM
Oilers' Devon Levi: Slated to battle Kings
Levi will guard the road crease in Tuesday's clash against the Kings, per Oilers TV Reporter Paige Martin.
Levi has had an up and down start to the 2026-27 season, where he's struggled in some instances, but has managed to walk away from each of his three starts undefeated. Overall, the 24-year-old backstop has a 3-0-0 record, a 3.35 GAA and an .863 save percentage. He's a risky start in fantasy until he can showcase some consistency, but his flashes of upside and role as the Oilers' netminder make him a great stash in fantasy for the time being. He'll have a good chance to bounce back against the Kings offense Tuesday, as they currently rank 25th in the NHL with 2.50 goals per game.
-
Karel Vejmelka G | UTA
Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Patrolling home net
Vejmelka will draw the home start in Tuesday's clash against the Maple Leafs, per Cole Bagley of KSL Sports.
Vejmelka has played well to begin the 2026-27 campaign and is coming off one of his best outings of the season, where he stopped 23 shots in a 4-1 win over Buffalo on Saturday. Overall, the 30-year-old goaltender has a 3-1-0 record, a 2.13 GAA and a .907 save percentage across four appearances. He'll have a moderately-tough matchup in Tuesday's matchup with the Maple Leafs, who currently average 3.33 goals per game to open the new season. Regardless, Vejmelka remains a strong start in all fantasy formats for the time being.
