Katerina Kountouris brings an AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible) workout in the 10th installment of the at-home workouts.
This AMRAP consists of four exercises with a specific number of reps in each set. Once you complete the round, start over and complete as many times as possible in the 15-minute session.
Kountouris, a certified physical trainer, clinical nutritionist and professional host, has teamed with MaxPreps by offering upbeat, challenging, but easy-to-follow, series of workouts.

15-minute AMRAP workout
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
1. Lateral shoot through (20 reps)
2. Plank tucks (20 reps)
3. Should push-ups (10 reps)
4. Squat pulse jump in (15 reps)
