Hanley Ramirez remains out of lineup Monday

Dodgers shortstop Hanley Ramirez is out of the starting lineup for the second straight day Monday while dealing with a calf injury.

Ramirez missed four games last week while recovering from an injured shoulder, but he left his first game back Saturday due to tightness in his calf. He has hit .272/.358/.471 with 11 home runs and 46 RBI in 272 at-bats.
